The dynamics during the process were interesting because while I was technically the client, I was out of state. My move to Florida was a year of planning and prep to decide which city, job, etc. Once I honed in on a location I spoke with a few realtors. When I spoke with Julia I knew instantly it was a right fit. My move wasn’t only just from out of state but also a 3hr time zone difference from Florida. Julia made appts when I flew into town and had multiple showings scheduled for me to maximize my time before flying out. And when I could not be there in person Julia did FaceTime tours with me to get an up close tour that listings couldn’t provide. It was also clear that Julia is respected in her field as many showings were after hours to accommodate my schedule and time difference. Thankfully I just closed on a beautiful condo and I couldn’t be happier! With Julia’s guidance, knowledge of the Florida process, especially the condo buildings, I got the right home for me!
