Julia Harris, a.k.a. Julia Da Realtor, was born in Kingston, Jamaica, and raised in Jamaica, New York. She began her career in real estate in 2004 after moving to South Florida with her then two-year-old son. The exceptional experience that she provides reflects her past roles in customer service and her continued commitment to her clients.

She keeps her past, current, and future clients up to date with a monthly newsletter dedicated to showcasing real estate trends.
Real estate is constantly evolving, and Julia has remained at the forefront of the industry by committing herself to innovative marketing practices for her listings and continued education for herself. She has earned the New Home Co-Broke (NHCB) designation, specializing in new home sales to address the needs of her home buying clients more effectively; Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) to serve as a resource for sellers and buyers in the brokerage of distressed properties; Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) to improve homebuyer clients’ home buying experience, and Pricing Strategy Advisor Certification (PSA) to assist her buyer and seller clients with real estate pricing.
When she’s not busy helping her clients buy and sell homes, you can find her working as a Notary Public, doing general notary work and loan signings for real estate closings. She is also a licensed life insurance agent. Her favorite pastime is spending time with her granddaughter and son.
